Guitar Hero World Tour Drum Issue Update
Posted: October 28th, 2008 by Godly Gamer • Filed Under
It seems Activision and Red Octane have released a formal statement addressing the problem that some people seem to be having with the drum set for their game Guitar Hero: World Tour. They state that the drum issue that effects the senstivity of the pads is probably a result of products made in the earlier manufacturing process and is isolated to just the drum controllers. The statement also included a promise of a drum tuning kit for optimization. I would rather it just work. If you have problems you are also encouraged to contact their support staff using the info provided in the statement.
Have you guys had any problems with your drums? Is that the only problems you have had?

I am having an issue with them even connecting to my 360. For some reason, when I want to play in either the CAREER or QUICK PLAY, they show up as VOCALS only. When I select DRUMS, I get the message that drums are not connected. I have repeatedly tried to reconnect them, even taking the batteries out for quite a while, but the same thing continues to happen. Any help would be appreciated. I have emailed the customer support to see what they have to say.
