Xbox 360 Aiming For Your Family

Posted: June 8th, 2007 by Game GodFiled Under

The time has come for Microsoft who now wants to bring more family oriented games to Xbox 360, reports Bloomberg.

With all the success that Nintendo has had with Wii getting more women, family, and children gamers to play their games, Microsoft is now looking to expand its demographic.

Look for Microsoft to possibly lower Xbox 360 prices in the future, getting it down to the market sweet spot of $199.  They will also look at rearranging store displays to not cater to just the hardcore gamer, but also to the younger generation as well.

Hey why not?  If it is working for Nintendo you know Microsoft is going to jump onboard ASAP like they have done with other things … iPod.
