Huxley

Ok this is truely one game that I am really excited to see come out!  Huxley is going to bring the best of both worlds together.  Take your classic first person shooter and then add some great features that will make it a MMOFPS!  I’m already hooked on some of the MMORPG’s that are currently out, but dang an FPS too!  Ok someone is gonna get fragged!

I know all you GTA fans out there are eagerly waiting for Grand Theft Auto IV to hit the stores.  I know I am!  The bad news is that we’ll have to wait until October of this year to get it.  The good news is we can at least check out some screenshots and other information right now!

Get Your New Xbox 360 Elite

Well the tiXbox 360 Eliteme has come for Microsoft to release a new version of their Xbox 360 gaming system, the Elite!  What is this Xbox 360 Elite you ask?  Well let us tell you what you’ll get with this updated version.

  • The Elite Console - A premium black finish.  Kind of resembles a PS3…hmmmm.
  • 120G Hard Drive - Finally a good size hard drive!  This will also be sold seperate for an estimated $179.99
  • Wireless Control - Just as with the Premium 360 system you will get a wireless control.  But this one will be in the nice black finish to match your new Elite system!
  • HDMI Cable - This new feature will allow HD video (up to 1080p) and multichannel surround sound all through one cable.  Nice!

    • Xbox Headset - As with the other 360 Premium package you also get the headset.  This will also be in the Elite black finish.

    Shivering Isles on Xbox Marketplace

    The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Shivering Isles is now available on Xbox Live MarkeShivering Islestplace.  For just 2400 Microsoft Points you can download this expansion straight from the Xbox 360 Dashboard.  Added hours of gameplay and an extra 10 achievements are just a couple of the new features this purchase will get ya.

    Don’t just sit there, go get it!  Make sure you have room on your 360 hard drive for this whopping 993.75MB file!

    Gears of War Tournament Coming Soon

    Gears of War Tournament

    Microsoft and World Cyber Games are holding a Gears of War tournament starting April 9th and continuing through May 6th on Xbox Live.  During this time players will compete in various online matches where the 11 finalists on the leaderboard will win a trip for 2 to Prague.

    Come on Gearheads, think you’ve got game?  Show the rest of the world you do and take a shot at the contest!

    Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

    Star Wars Force Unleashed

    Finally a new Star Wars game is being released.  Yes I know LEGO Star Wars II has been out, but come on I’m talking about a real Star Wars game.  Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is going to focus on, as you guessed, more force powers than just sabre action.  The game takes place somewhere in between the 2 trilogies when the Empire is still searching to destroy the last of the Jedis.

    This game is scheduled to release sometime in November 2007.  I’m looking forward to it!  Check out some more screenshots over at TeamXbox!

    Here are a few screenshots from the upcoming game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles based on the CG movie that is soon to be released.  I remember playing the original game way back in the day and this is one I’m looking forward to playing again!

    City of Heroes/Villains i9 Update

    City of Heroes

    City of Heroes/Villains fans are eagerly waiting for the latest Issue 9 update to be released which is introducing a new invention system.  This new system is going to give players the chance to craft their own special items ranging from new enhancements to temporary powers.

    I’ve been an avid CoH/CoV player for a while now and am anxiously waiting this new release.  Until it is available check out these links for some more info!
