5 Things I Hate About Halo 2 Multiplayer

I've been playing Halo 2 ever since the game came out years ago. Don't get me wrong it is a terrific game, but I figured I'd list some of my top annoyances.
-
Quitters - I absolutely hate it when I join a game and as soon as it starts 1 or more of your teammates quit! I mean what is the friggin' point in playing the game if you are going to quit!
-
Cheaters - What is it with cheating I swear? I guess people just have no game and decide the only way they can win is to cheat! Stop standby'ing and learn to play for a change!
-
Host Advantage - Face it, having host when playing Halo 2 is usually a big advantage. Do away with this and have the games playing on central servers! I mean I think Halo has made well enough $$ to do this!
-
Damage Dealing - Why is it sometimes it takes 5 direct headshots with a Battle Rifle to kill someone and shortly after someone kills me in 3 hits?
-
Trash Talking Losers - This is kind of funny as well as being an annoyance. Why do people insist on cussing you out and talking trash while they are losing by 20 kills? Hey loser….look at the score!

1) Some people have real life commitments which don’t let them play through every game all the time. Also, some people dislike some maps and/or gameplay types.
2) Yep, agree on the cheaters. Tho, I can never really tell 100% for sure that they’re cheating.
3) Dunno about this one.
4) Combos, mostly. Plasma and then another weapon for finisher or a melee attack. But there’s a consistency problem. Maybe lag effects?
5) I mute them all, which works, but also decreases the cohesion of the team, since I can’t hear the good ones trying to convey important info…
Cheers!
